Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 per annum + Flexy working & Hybrid + Excellent Benefits!
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Hours:40, full time
Shifts: Mixed clinical & supernumerary
HCR is recruiting for a non-profit provider for the launch of their BRAND-NEW nursing and residential home. We are searching for a Clinical Lead to be part of this exciting journey on their next chapter transitioning from a residential care home to a nursing home. We require an experienced Clinical Lead who is clinically astute and meets the regulatory and statutory requirements.
The clinical lead will support the registered manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential and nursing home and will lead, deputize, and manage in their absence.
Clinical Lead Duties:
To oversee and lead nursing and residential units ensuring the environment is safe with appropriate staffing levels.
To support all aspects of nursing care demonstrating your clinical expertise utilising your managerial and leadership skills.
To be responsible for the welfare of residents to provide them with a safe, relaxed homely environment.
To raise safeguarding concerns and to ensure all policies are being adhered to.
Clinical Lead Benefits:

Clinical Lead Requirements:
To have an active NMC pin
Minimum of 5 years of senior nursing experience
Ideally to have a level 4 in health and social care, however, is not essential.
To be working as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Home Manager.
