This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join Slough CMHT to support the operational and strategic developments of the service as well lead on the formation of a small Task Team within Slough Care Pathways. The role of the Task Team will be to support those clients who are open to the Slough Community Mental Health Team but not allocated to a Care Coordinator. This would also include those under Psychology and outpatient appointment only. The Short Term Intervention Service will work closely with a range of statutory and non statutory.Main duties of the job The post holder will lead a flexible, holistic approach to service users with a severe and enduring mental illness. The role will be to lead the team on a day to day basis in a supervisory role and be responsible for staff supervision and ongoing development. The role will include reporting back to senior management on service deficits and where successes are met. This may include the supporting of client discharges from saturated areas of the service.
