Our period Care Home is flooded with light from the large bay windows and sits in its own landscaped grounds with ornamental shrubs and mature trees. Our Care Home offers dedicated nursing and residential care for those suffering from Alzheimer's disease or similar problems. A homely and warm atmosphere where individuals are well cared for and comfortable is provided. We are looking for an experiencedRegistered NurseRGN to come and join as part of our management team as aClinical Lead Nurse. Job Role:As a Clinical Lead you will support the registered manager in all aspects of the home's day to day running, including taking temporary or complete charge of the home in their absence. You will be supporting the manager with all systems and procedures to assure the quality of care provided by the home. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivering of care, including medication management. You will be assisting with the management of the care and nursing teams including regular supervisions and appraisals. Induction and opportunities for development and progression:The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts before nurses get started. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills with ongoing support from the manager. Training and development are one of the major ethos' of the Care Home.
