Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Market Harborough
Salary: �50,000 per annum
Hours: 38.5 hours per week - DAYS - Supernumerary
Time Recruitment is selecting for a Clinical Lead for a highly regarded superb nursing facility in Market Harborough; this home is part of a wider group with over 60 care homes in total! This group holds incredible review scores overall, with over 90% of there services rated Good or Outstanding by the CQC.
The service offers care for adults and older people with nursing, learning disability and mental health care needs alongside specialist care for people with dementia requirements. The facility boasts rave reviews on (url removed) and a Good CQC in all KLOEs.
We are looking for a strong Clinical Lead who can hit the ground running and effectively lead a shift. This role is mainly supernumerary, with clinical shifts required when cover needed. All shifts are well-staffed, you will be joining a team of well-trained care and support staff, alongside additional on-call support.
