Position Available: Nurse in Elderly Care
Gilbert Meher is currently seeking a dynamic�Nurse to join a leading provider in elderly care. As a Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of clinical care and governance within our homes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with nurses and carers to maintain high standards of clinical care.
• Ensure residents receive excellent nursing and clinical care tailored to their needs.
• Contribute to all aspects of clinical delivery and governance.
• Provide leadership and support to the nursing team, promoting best nursing practice.
• Foster positive working relationships within the team.

Reports to: Home Manager
Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong clinical skillset and ability to lead a nursing team.
• Previous management experience or experience leading a small team.
• Ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
• Passion for promoting best nursing practice and mentoring others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
