Clinical Lead

We are looking for a Clinical Lead (RGN / RMN) to work in a BRAND NEW luxury nursing, dementia and residential care home in Cambridge. This comes with a salary of �27.50 per hour (�57,200 per annum) and excellent benefits!
As the Clinical Lead You will be working supernumerary hours, Monday - Friday 9 - 5 so you will have amazing work life balance!
If you was already in this Clinical Lead job, here are some areas you would have been working in:

• Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home
• Leading the care team and forming strong relationships with residents, relatives and MDT
• Responsible for delivering the highest standard of care and taking responsibility in the HM's absence, supervising and coaching colleagues.

• A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC number and
• A good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices
• Experience in a care home setting
