With excellent leadership skills, you hold post-registration experience in the care of patients, , perioperatively to include, Orthopaedics, Gynae, Urology.ENT, Endoscopy and Ophthalmics.AsaClinical Lead you will:Support theTheatre Manager in the efficient daily running of the operating listsCo-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safetyBe instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless patient care preoperativelyWork well with consultants who are experts in their fieldApply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and deliveryChampion a supportive, enabling working culture in the theatres, promoting staff safetyActively support the Theatre Manager with quality and governanceHelping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
