Clinical Lead (RGN / RMN)

Henderson House Care Home is looking to appoint a Clinical Lead, on a permanent basis.
Our care home is based in the popular Fife coastal town of Dalgety Bay, and provides exceptional standards of Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care for up to 60 residents over three floors.
As Clinical Lead, you will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the service, helping to lead our team with passion and commitment, forming strong relationships with residents & their relatives and multi-disciplinary teams.
We pride ourselves on creating a first-class care service for our residents, which is supported by our outstanding, close-knit care team.
Clinical Lead Contract
20.00 per hour.
Contracted to 40 hours per week. (Minimum of 43,680 per annum)
Clinical and supernumerary shifts to support the Home Manager.
Pension.
5.6 weeks annual leave.
PVG paid.
Uniform provided.
We believe the Clinical Lead should have the following qualities and experience.
Qualified Nurse
Strong clinical skills.
Working with the elderly would be advantageous.
Experienced of leading and managing a team.
Able to support staff with further training and support.
Confident to step in for the Home Manager from time to time.
