Clinical Lead Nurse

Our client, a reputable 75 bedded care home, is looking for someone to support the manager in ensuring the well-being of their residents and the smooth running of the home. This role offers an attractive hourly rate of up to £25.80 and a salary of up to circa £54,000.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you'll have a variety of responsibilities:

Supporting the care home manager with clinical oversight of all aspects of residents' clinical care
Leading, motivating, and mentoring your team
Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans
Ensuring work areas and practices conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
Promoting residents' rights and encouraging participation in activities
Monitoring business performance and quality of care
Recruiting, training, and supervising staffThe ideal candidate for the Clinical Lead Nurse role should:

Be a NMC registered qualified Adult Nurse – Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD)
Have proven elderly care experience
Be confident in leading, developing and motivating a team of Nurses and HCAs
Demonstrate good working knowledge of CI essential standards
Have previous management skills (preferred)If you've previously worked as a Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse, this Clinical Lead Nurse role could be the perfect fit for you.
