As a Clinical Lead Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing, managing, and monitoring care plans and medication records.
• Working closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed.
• Providing professional support to senior staff and team leaders.

The ideal Clinical Lead Nurse candidate should:

• Be an NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN, or a Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD.
• Have previous experience in a similar role.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be motivated to support and direct clinical team members to continually improve and develop their own skills and knowledge.
• Be comfortable working in a busy environment, assigning correct priorities and ensuring that deadlines are met.
