It's a night shift position with some supernumerary time and leading on the floor (clinical shifts).

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you would be:
Leading a team of nurses and care staff, setting an example of high standards of care
Assisting the Home Manager in running the service
Managing the day-to-day operations of the care home
