Clinical Lead Nurse

Clinical Lead Nurse Brackley Up to 50,000 I am looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to work in a fabulous luxury home providing high quality nursing, dementia, residential and respite care in the beautiful town of Brackley. The home has a cinema, library and caf enabling residents to live life to the full. In this role you will:
Work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance including carrying out audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance Lead a team of staff Ensure residents always receive the best care Provide excellent nursing and clinical care Actively contribute to all clinical delivery within the home
For this great Clinical Lead Nurse post you will need:
NMC nurse registration with relevant post-registration experience A strong clinical skillset The ability to lead the nursing team Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team The ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure A passion for promoting best nursing practice The ability to train, support and mentor others A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team Strong verbal and written communication skills
