Right now, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to develop their nursing career at our home located in Consett, County Durham.
Our Care Home is located in Consett and is close to shops, amenities, public transport and the M1 motorway link. Consett town centre is less than one mile away.
Our purpose-built care home provides nursing and social care for the frail elderly and the mentally infirm elderly.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse RGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Clinical Lead Nurse.
As a Clinical Lead Nurse you will be:

• Responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care
• Promoting independence and dignity whilst positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care
• Supporting the delivery of improvements whilst driving quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines
• Ensuring a welcoming, safe and engaging environment is provided for all residents, employees and visitors to the Home
• Supporting the Home Manager and taking responsibility for the day to day management of the Home
