Clinical Lead – Complex Community CareSouthwest£45,000 - £48,000 per annumMUST BE A REGISTERED NURSE!Sponsorship unavailable for this position.TRC have teamed up with one of the leading providers of complex care in the community, in Southwest England.Due to organic growth, my client is looking for a handful of experienced Nurse Managers to oversee a region and staff team covering the packages in that specific area.May cover areas such as Cornwall, Devon and Somerset.Bespoke Service User Requirements Can IncludeLong term conditions (eg, Cerebral Palsy, MND, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, MS). Ventilation. Tracheostomy. Spinal Injury.Acquired brain injury.Paediatric complex care.Learning disability. End of life care.Medication management.Diet and nutrition management.Responsible ForImplementation of new care packagesRe-assessment of clinical tasks/requirementsLeading monthly team meetings, Care planning and risk assessments – initial and ongoing,New client meetings (where required), Medication and clinical audits, Clinical supervision, for Registered Nurses working on our care packages,Competency sign off and management,Clinical liaison with the MDT where required.To provide standard and emergency support to the regional Care functions.To provide clinical oversight in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the CQC.Direction of the Operations Manager and Clinical Management, and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time.To support the Care services in accordance with agreed standards.Benefits include flexi hours, bonus schemes, performance bonus, company laptop, phone and mileage.About TRCGroupWe break the mould when it comes to recruitment agencies.
