My client seeks a very strong senior level Nurse qualified candidate with strong experience of clinical / nursing management within the elderly care sector.
As deputy manager you will have full responsibility for the nursing and clinical management of the home.
As deputy care home manager you will manage nurses and carers to ensure all residents are cared for to the highest standards.Candidates must be strong deputy managers, clinical leads or nurses looking for a step up. Successful deputy manager candidates will have good clinical skills and have a person centred approach to care.
Clinical Lead candidates with experience gained within the elderly care sector are preferred, however, clinical lead candidates with strong clinical knowledge from the NHS or other care sectors will also be considered.
