Registered Home Manager - Medium Size Care Home - No Sponsorships Available

Location: Pitlochry (Must be living in the UK)

Position: Home Manager (Must have previous Home Management experience)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: �58,000 per year

Contract: Permanent

Relocation package available for the right candidate, no sponsorships.

You will be working within a Medium Size Care Home supporting Elderly Residents and those with Dementia. This is a 50+ bed service.

You must have:

• 2 years' Home Management/supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Well-versed with current CQC regulations.
• NMC registered, with an active PIN.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Full Driving Licence
• SVQ Level 4 in Care Services Leadership and Management (desirable)
• Care for the Elderly experience / qualification i.e. Registered Manager's Award (desirable)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the operational aspects of the Care Home on a daily basis
• Guide and supervise a team of dedicated care professionals
• Foster strong connections with staff, residents, and their families
• Essential presence within the home to ensure its success
