An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced veterinarian to join a veterinary practice in Nottinghamshire as a Clinical Director. We are seeking an ambitious individual with a passion for veterinary medicine, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team of veterinary professionals. Working alongside the senior management team, your responsibilities will include:
Clinical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to veterinary staff, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and welfare for patients.
Team Management: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, promoting teamwork and continuous professional development among the veterinary team.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
Operational Oversight: Contribute to the efficient operation of the practice, working closely with the senior management team to uphold quality standards and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Qualified Veterinarian: A qualified veterinarian with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, though other experience levels may be considered.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a veterinary practice, demonstrating effective team management and clinical leadership skills.
Excellent Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both with clients and colleagues, fostering positive relationships and enhancing the practice's reputation.
