We currently have a team of just over a dozen veterinary professionals and are excited to be able to offer a role for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join and lead the team.As the Clinical Director, you will be a confident all rounder. You will need to be confident in all areas of general practice, including surgeries, diagnostics and consultations. You will also need to have a strong, business orientated mindset as part of your role will be to drive the practices growth. Knowledge of P&L, staff management and growth planning are just as important as clinical knowledge.This is a full time, permanent role where you will need to assist on the Saturday rotas where required. If you are a current Director looking for a change, or an experienced Vet looking for a step up, we would be happy to have a chat about the role in some more detail.Remuneration:For the right candidate, we are looking to offer around £80,000 per annum.
