Job Description
As a Clinical development Specialist at HeartFlow, you will be instrumental in transforming cardiovascular healthcare through our innovative imaging technologies. This role involves not only educating healthcare professionals but also carrying direct sales responsibilities. You will manage a predefined set of sales territories and be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Territory Management: Manage and grow sales in a predefined set of territories. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Lead HeartFlow’s customers through the process of implementing our unique non-invasive diagnostic technology: on-board, train, and support various hospital staff members.
Comprehensive Educational Initiatives: Lead ,develop and conduct educational programs for, cardiovascular imagers, radiologists, and interventional cardiologists focusing, on HeartFlow technology, clinical evidence and product pipeline.
Product knowledgedeep understanding and expertise of our products’ value proposition and competitive landscape to understand customer needs In the cardiology patient pathway space.
Clinical Support and Advanced Training: Provide in-depth clinical support and training, emphasizing the integration of HeartFlow technology in cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Actively engage with a range of medical professionals to educate and promote the adoption of HeartFlow technology
Sales Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed annual sales quotas within the assigned territory. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Customer Support:Build credibility with customers through the development and delivery of effective and efficient protocols / plans for product evaluations and conversions.Document customer feedback, status and activities in HeartFlow's customer relationship management system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong background in cardiovascular imaging, particularly CCTA.
Proven sales experience, including meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy effectively.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Physical Demands of the Job: Home based office, travel to work sites.
Special Working Conditions (if any): Up to 80% travel
