We are looking for an organised and caring Clinical Deputy Manager to join our established team at Dovehaven Lodge, Tag Lane, Ingol.
Permanent contracted 40 hours per week - supernumerary - Monday to Friday. *MUST BE RGN QUALIFIED*

Dovehaven Lodge
is a Nursing home catering for up to 112 residents. The home specialises in dementia care, and our aim is to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable as possible. Our homes promote independence, dignity and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for assisting the Registered Home Manager in managing and developing high quality services for all our residents and the management and development of the staff team. We are looking for our Clinical Deputy Manager to instill a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service, actively working with the team, our residents and their families to develop a Centre of excellence for person centered care.
The successful candidate will ensure the promotion of high standards of care, fulfil the duties of the Home Manager where required, ensuring the home runs in accordance with CQC guidelines and that the team are managed appropriately and that the home is run in a smooth and efficient manner.
