As a Deputy HomeManager, you'll get to step into the shoes of the Home Manager in their absence, supervising and coaching your team to deliver unparalleled care.

As a Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the level of clinical care surpasses professional standards and legal requirements.
Providing specialist nursing care and advice.
Taking on the role of Home Manager in their absence.
Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver mindful care.
Managing time effectively and maintaining meaningful records.

The ideal Deputy Home Manager candidate should have:
You will need to be RGN/RMN Qualified with an active NMC PIN
NVQ Level 5 qualified.
A strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty and the implementation of this.
Previous experience in assessing resident needs
Proven ability in Audit management (preferred)
A natural people person with the ability to build strong, compassionate relationships with your residents, families, and your team.
