About the Role
: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Application Specialist to support the growth and implementation of a cutting-edge surgical robotic platform. Initially, you will focus on the London area, with the potential to expand your coverage across the UK as installations increase.
Key Responsibilities
:
Provide expert clinical support for the new surgical robotic platform.
Assist in the setup and operation of the robotic system in operating rooms (OR).
Educate and train surgical teams on the use and benefits of the robotic platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the robotic system during surgical procedures.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and system optimization.
Requirements
:
Experience as a Surgical Account Manager or in clinical support.
Proficiency in operating within an OR environment.
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex surgical techniques.
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK as needed.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
