Up to £48,880 + Performance bonus

Role Type –
Permanent / Full Time / 37.5 Hours per week / Mon-Fri / Shifts vary between 7am-11:30pm (most will be day shifts)

The Role
You'll oversee the Burnley clinic, focusing on medical excellence and ensuring financial targets are met. You'll manage clinic operations and clinical standards, uphold compliance with regulations, and ready the clinic for audits.
You will also have the opportunity to lead improvement initiatives, manage finances, including budgeting and cost control, and support staff development. Additionally, you'll cultivate strong relationships with referring organisations and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
