They specifically do not focus on injectables and instead have produced some of the finest and best products for combating the sign of ageing, pigmentation etc. Clients are given an assessment and then recommended the best products that will fit their requirements. This is a true lifestyle choice.The business is private equity backed and they are growing. There are 10 there at the moment in a stunning clinic. This is an incredible role for someone looking to grow and progress over time and you will certainly be able to take on more and progress your career should you wish to.Job DescriptionThis is a very broad role:Liaising with clinic specialists and clients about treatment plans.* Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.* Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory.* Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic.* Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.* Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.* Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.* Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.* Increasing sales performance of the clinic through product sales and treatment up sellingThe Successful ApplicantExperience in managing a beauty salon, luxury spa or clinic.* Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.* Exceptional organisational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.* Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic.* Proficiency in managing KPIs, budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.* Competency in diary/scheduler management to optimise business opportunities.* Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and specialists, as well as the public.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Please note you will be required to work some Saturdays and the role is fully based in the clinic.What's on OfferSalary dependent on the candidate, but it is highly competitive and they have a great package
