This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading medical practice.Key Responsibilities:Reviewing, managing, and meeting CQC compliance requirements to ensure adherence to medical regulations.Setting, tracking, and delivering on growth and margin targets to enhance the clinic's financial performance.Overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring the team's compliance with policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Leading weekly staff huddles to identify areas for operational improvement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Assisting with patient coordination, call-back requests, and triage for new enquiries, with support from the Central Sales Team.Developing strong rapport with each Consultant/Surgeon and managing their diaries/lists effectively.Coordinating activity across the clinic, liaising with all departments to ensure smooth running of procedures and adequate staffing requirements.Owning the patient feedback and review process, generating a consistent flow of positive reviews across Google and other review platforms.The Ideal Candidate:Background in the Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery Sector with a genuine interest and understanding of the range of treatments offered.Extremely reliable with a proven track record of thriving in a busy, pressurized environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.If you are a dedicated and experienced professional seeking a challenging and rewarding role in clinic management, we invite you to apply.
