Clinic Manager / Private High End Eye Clinic

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinic Manager to join a Private High End Eye Clinic in Harley Street with state of the art facilities, a team of top specialists and personalized patient care. The Eye Clinic covers Laser refractive surgery, keratoconus and retinitis pigmentosa.

Hours: Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Clinic Manager Responsibilities:

• Surgical Planning


• Clinic Supervision


• Working with the Business Development Director & Clinical Director on implementing, reviewing and modifying clinic policies and procedures & improving the clinic.


• Stock & Procurement


• Working closely with the front desk & patient liaison officer on triaging, responding and problem-solving patient queries and determining which must be escalated to the consultant.


• Team Communication


• Invoice Management
