Position Overview
The position’s primary focus is to partner with the CEO ensuring that the company’s objectives, projects and commitments are executed. Additionally, having a pulse on clients’ needs to feed back into innovation and improvements to make our tech and client experience second to none.
You’re detail-oriented, organised, nimble and have no problem juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while working autonomously and independently. Supporting others is your thing. You just get on with taking care of the little things and know when to focus on the big things.

For the most part, this role involves:
Support our clients and improve client retention
Be the friendly, helpful voice in our inbox responding to client queries
Making clients feel supported, heard and feel appreciated to be a valued client
Always be on the lookout for ways we can improve the client experience
Account managing corporate accounts and liaising with senior people
Keep us running like clockwork
Tackle the day-to-day operations to keep things running
Schedule and reschedule PT sessions for corporate clients making sure no detail is overlooked
Work closely with the PT team to troubleshoot and resolve any challenges
Maintaining our ‘run book’, documenting our processes so we can look for ways to streamline, optimise and automate with our tech team
Onboard new PTs as we grow and help them be the best brand ambassadors
Count our calories
That was a little joke, we do want you to stay on top of our numbers though
Reporting key metrics regularly so we know if we’re on track or off track as a business
You’re driven by KPIs and tracking sales targets
Supporting our expansion
Have conversations with customers on the phone to close signups
Contributing to content for the website, social media and podcast - that may involve posting to platforms, adding blogs to the website
Assisting in preparing presentations and material for pitches
Liaising with and at times meeting with corporate clients and representing our brand professionally and positively
Liaising with contractors and tech team
Our ideal candidate has…
2 to 3 years experience assisting a department or head of a department (bonus if you’ve worked “in corporate”)
A passion for fitness and wellbeing
Strength, agility and the ability to manage multiple things at a time
A positive, high-energy and get-it-done mindset as it’s not always an easy job dealing with clients, it has its moments
An ability to anticipate needs beyond the week and are highly organised
A high level of professionalism and emotional maturity
High standards for yourself and your job
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), responsive and understanding
Technical competence and current

This role has flexible WFH opportunities but will require time in the London office or seeing clients in London occasionally.
What we offer
Salary range £27,500 to £30,000 depending
