Our client is a fast-growing boutique lettings organisation with an expanding portfolio of properties across the Manchester region. Mainly residential, they have a mixture of their own apartments and HMO’s together with a small amount of commercial properties.
They are looking for an experienced property manager to look after the entire PM and lettings process, acting as the main point of contact for all tenants and contractors. The office is based in Cheadle, you would be required to work with the team from here 1 or 2 days per week, working from home (or travelling as needed to the local portfolio) for the rest of the week.
First point of contact for all tenant enquiries
Arranging maintenance with contractors
Rent renewals
Deposit release
Carrying out property inspections
Meeting contractors on site
Referencing tenants
Letting out any vacant properties
Carrying out viewings
Keeping up to date all compliance
HMO paperwork/compliance
Managing rental arrears
Negotiating and revising costs
Producing KPI reports
Providing an exceptional level of service
Our client is looking for a highly organised and experienced property manager who can service a busy portfolio. You must have experience within residential property management and have an up to date knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance.
Our client is offering a generous basic salary of £28,000 to £35,500, depending upon experience.
