Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Client Services Representative at Crossbridge Capital's Greater London location. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing client communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with finance-related tasks. You will be expected to maintain the highest levels of controls and ethics.
Client Services Responsibilities:
Work as part of the Client Service team as well as work closely with and support management with building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and assessing and executing transaction opportunities.
Support the Investment team in day-to-day tasks.
Manage client inquiries or directing complex queries to relevant people in a timely manner.
Build positive client relations.
Coordinate between clients, custodian banks, and product issuers to ensure smooth running of client account, servicing, and execution.
Maintain client records and documenting processes such as client file reviews.
Ensure that compliance procedures are completed accurately and on time.
Manage trade administration, trade lifecycle, and reporting.
Identify potential client services concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps.
Keep track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in client services.
The Candidate should have the below:
2-3 years of experience in an FCA regulated client services role or administrational role.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in client services and maintaining customer satisfaction
Knowledge of finance and financial services
Ability to work effectively in a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – advanced Excel knowledge is a plus.
Bachelor's degree
FCA registered (CF30 or equivalent and RDR Compliant)
