Role Description
This is a full-time remote role. Reporting directly to the Client Services Director, as Client Services Manager you wiill be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
5 years+ Expatriate Tax / Tax technology experience essential
Significant prior experience in client services or account management
Alteryx and / or Advanced Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven background in Data processes
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
