Client Services Executive Spittlefields, E1 Up to £40,000 DOE Comms ? ? , ? Kayman Recruitment are partnering with an Independent Recruitment business, specialising in Education, FMCG, Construction and Professional Services who are looking for a CSE who can work with their Clients, maintaining and building business going forwards. Great challenge if you are looking to move away from a 360 desk, but still have interaction with several stakeholders and shape their Recruitment plans going forwards. Key Responsibilities: Successfully building lasting relationships and retaining key accounts Book and conduct client review meetings Review and understand SLA's in place with clients Research and generate competitor information Assist with invoicing and purchase orders Identify, explore and resolve complaints Essential Skills and Experience: Good communication and relationship management skills Background as a 360 Recruitment Consultant - ideally from a temp/contract background Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Highly motivated problem solver, someone who will not shy away from tricky conversations Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
