Client Services Executive

Location: Office based West London
Salary: £28 - £30k
We are Big Picture, a leading marketing agency for tech brands with 25 years of experience working with leaders in the technology market. For this role, we are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Client Services Exec that will play a key part in supporting our existing client accounts, building strong relationships, and contribute to their success.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
We also have a clear career path for this role and will provide full exposure to all Account Management responsibilities and on the job practical training.
Responsibilities
Support the management of a UK field team delivering in-store training and sales development
Build and maintain client relationships, from taking briefs to implementation
Track and record metrics using Big Picture reporting tools
Provide HR support where necessary
Track budgets and team spend
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Passion for technology and gadgets
