Our client is looking for a Surrey-based Event Management Agency looking for a Client Services Executive.The role will be vital supporting the assigned Account Management team and a portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team throughout the event sales process from project inception to event delivery.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Client/Account Management:Assist in stakeholder mapping for assigned accounts to understand key contacts.Liaise with clients' stakeholders to discuss new projects and prepare initial follow-ups, including proposals and initial budget guidance.Support in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.Assist in the touch New Business Strategy and opportunities generated from these initiatives.Support the touch Marketing Strategy, ranging from client case studies to social media campaigns.Aid in the preparation and timely delivery of stakeholder proposals.Support in the delivery of new client onboarding initiatives.Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and discuss future projects.Assist in client business reviews through feedback collation and additional account data preparation.Prepare and deliver client feedback and case studies, both internally and externally.Project Management:Lead on project handover with the Operations team, ensuring timely responses for clients and clear briefings to internal team members.Budget Reconciliation & Finance Management:Prepare initial budgets and SOWs as directed by Senior Account Lead/Account Lead.Update Job Log and Project Management GM targets as directed by Senior Account Lead/Account Lead.Post Event Reporting & Case Studies:Review post-event reports in conjunction with relevant operational teams.Create client presentations post-event to agreed deadlines.Liaise with internal touch teams to create post-event case studies as required.Resource Management:Input timesheet activity every week.Client Governance:Ensure compliance with client and company brand guidelines.Ensure compliance with client and company SLAs.Ensure compliance with all client and company privacy and security protocols.Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.General:Collaborate with peers and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all client projects, including traveling on-site as required.Attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).Manage and submit personal expenses and credit card reconciliations within specified timeframes.Attend company training days and meetings as required.Undertake any additional tasks required to support the business.Creative Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, sexuality, gender identification, or physical ability.
