Job DescriptionClient Services Executive to join a full-service creative events agency in Leatherhead.The Client Services Executive will support the Account Management team and a portfolio of clients. This role will be responsible for supporting the team throughout the event sales process from project inception through to event delivery. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Client/ Account Management Support with the Stakeholder mapping for an account Liaise with clients stakeholder to discuss new projects and prepare initial follow ups including proposals and initial budget guidance Supporting Snr Account Lead / Account Lead in the development & implementation of client retention strategy Support with marketing strategy ranging from client case studies to social media campaignsSupporting the preparation and timely delivery of stakeholder proposalsFollow up with clients post Event to gather feedback and discuss future projects that are being planned Supporting the team on client business reviewsPreparation and delivery of client feedback & case studies (both internally & externally) Project Management Lead on the project handover with the operations team ensuring timely responses for the clients and clear briefings to the internal team members Post Event Reporting & Case Studies Reviewing post event reports in conjunction with relevant operational teams Creation of client presentations to agreed deadlines post eventLiaising with internal teams to create post event case studies as required Please apply with a recent CV
