Clients include Dune London, Sodexo, Thomson Reuters, and Mars.Client Services Executive - Role OverviewThe Client Services Executive will be responsible for helping to manage existing relationships with our clients, whilst getting involved in new business to foster new relationships and opportunities.You will be in a targeted role, responsible for ensuring that clients receive a great experience with our business with you as their account lead.If youve ever worked within a scale-up before, youll know first hand that no day is the same…You will build and maintain existing client relationships ensuring clients expectations are met and exceeded.You will be the first dedicated client services role within the business for all service areas including SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, Strategy and AnalyticsProvide day to day client support building relevant reporting metrics and communication channels.Research, pitch and execute account business plans in collaboration with both client and technical team.Audit and pitch new business enquiries with senior management and technical teamDeliver QBR to clients with actions and revenue growth ideas.Represent the business at networking events.Develop existing business through organic growth and additional services.Contribute creative ideas that enhances client delivery.Recruit, motivate and lead others in team, providing guidance on planning of client programmes and identifying training needs.Take responsibility for delivering client programmes to budget and planned scope.Develop, maintain and cultivate a constructive and professional relationship with technical seo teamThis is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days a week service from the London office.Client Services Executive - About youNaturally personable, with a warm positive natureExperience in enterprise and post-salesExperience in building new and old relationshipsIdeally having experience within the SEO, Adtech, Digital Marketing sceneExperience in communicating to C-suite and key business stakeholdersExperience in managing revenueExperience in working in targeted rolesStrong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent problem solving skills and a commitment to client servicesStrategic thinkerSelf starterUnapologetically ambitious!Start date: ASAPPackage and BenefitsSalary: £28,000 - £36,000 depending on experience25 days holidayQuarterly performance bonusCompany events and social every month and quarterInclusion in annual profit shareBirthdayLast Friday of the month early finishHybrid working with team socials / collaboration days in London.2 x 30 minute me time breaks, you can take for a late start, extended lunch, or early finish each week with approval from line manager (for workouts, walks, or family lunches)Company pension
