Client Services Consultant

Realistic OTE GBP50K+ GBP30,000 Basic Salary + Commission Structure
Our client is looking for a confident, focused and target driven Client Services Consultant to join their team, to work alongside their progression and underwriting teams. Successful candidates will possess the following qualities:
Confident and articulate - is able to build rapport with clients quickly Excellent organisation and communication skills Excels in the art of negotiation and objection handling Approaches work with a mature, professional attitude Thrives under pressure and is confident working to ambitious targets Remains positive and resilient under pressure Experience in property and/or sales preferred
Key responsibilities include:
Communicating with new clients over the phone, understanding their requirements and identifying their need for a quick sale Researching properties online and analysing against comparative properties to formulate an accurate cash offer Building and maintaining positive relationships by reassuring and guiding clients throughout the opening process Updating Salesforce consistently and accurately, to monitor leads and strengthen the sales funnel Working closely with the operations and marketing teams to guide initiatives and processes, and provide insight and feedback
