Overview
The role holder is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Private Banking Relationship Managers and their client base.
They must deliver a high quality, professional service in person, on the telephone and all other communication mediums, to EAB’s Private Banking clients.
The role holder will also be responsible for the receipt and management of Private Banking client instructions, and the provision of cover for Customer Services Team, in case of need, as requested by the Customer Services Control Manager, the Head of Relationship Management, or the Head of Business
Qualifications/Experience
• Educated to degree level (preferred).
• 2 years' Previous Banking and Customer Services experience required.
Knowledge and Skills
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office applications and ability to adapt to the numerous internal Bank systems
