Job Description
We're currently seeking a Client Services Associate to join the Corporate & Investment Banking division of a global banking group. In this role, you'll support some of the world's most intricate corporate and institutional clients, offering tailored services and wholesale products to meet their unique needs.
Client Services oversees the day-to-day operations of the company's business units, striving to provide exceptional service to clients by optimising people, processes, and technology. This enhances financial performance, expands investment capacity, and manages risk effectively.
As an Associate Client Services, you'll have the exciting opportunity to develop and implement onboarding programs and materials, utilising client feedback to enhance the onboarding process while collaborating with leadership teams across departments. Key Responsibilities:
Managing the portfolio of onboarding sessions from inception to completion and overseeing the overall customer onboarding processes.
Leading complex conversion activities related to a variety of institutional client relationships, requiring a deep understanding of custody and accounting processing activities.
Reviewing workflows and procedures to ensure an optimal client experience and compliance with regulatory standards and risk management protocols.
Offering recommendations for onsite client support and training to facilitate documentation, quality review, and document submission.
Tracking and maintaining all projects and documentation, acting as the client's project manager and liaison throughout the onboarding process and special ongoing projects.
Utilising client feedback to enhance the onboarding process, collaborating with leadership teams across departments.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in securities or financial services, ideally in client-facing or project management roles.
Strong understanding of financial markets and funds.
Desired: Experience managing client onboarding and offboarding processes, along with analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian would be advantageous.
Must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
