Oversee trade life cycle, cash and collateral, static and FX processing
Conduct regular client service reviews and ensure timely resolution of queries
Analyze client portfolios, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experiences and processes
Provide clear and concise updates to clients regarding market events and operational matters
Perform monthly reports and analysis to enhance client performance and efficiency
Participate in documentation, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems
