We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our busy Client Services team on a remote and full-time or part-time (over 5 working days) basis.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and tech savvy administrator with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to assist our team with varied admin support and other day to day duties.Who we areHarper James is a national commercial law firm designed to support entrepreneurial businesses from start-up to exit. We aspire to disrupt the model for which legal services are provided to businesses. The firm’s innovative approach to delivering highly tailored and accessible legal advice is considered genuinely different to the establishment.Harper James was founded in 2014 and continues to grow at c40%+ year on year. This financial year, more than 120 people will support more than 2,500 businesses and our turnover will exceed £13m. We expect to double in size over the next 3 years.What does the ideal candidate look like?A positive, can-do attitude is essential with previous experience within a fast paced administration role. You will enjoy working within a friendly and supportive team but be happy to operate independently.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting into the Client Services ExecutiveSupporting the Client Service Team within a varied admin role.Assisting the Client Services Executive with management of the Client Services inbox.Speaking to clients who call with enquiries.Obtaining relevant documents from clients.Supporting account managers with management of clients.Dealing with general requests from clients about our services.Liaising with other teams in the firm.Recommending improvements/changes to Harper James systems and processes.Inputting into the digital and technological evolution of Harper James as we strive to be at the forefront of digital transformation within the legal service space.Producing reports, presentations and managing data, ensuring correct information is inputted.Desired Skills and ExperienceExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support various team members in a busy, evolving and fast paced environment.Exceptional organisational skills and a detail-orientated approach to your day to day work.Confidence and strong communication skills are a must (verbal and written).Excellent IT skills and strong Microsoft 365 experience.At least 3 years previous administration experience.The bottom lineA working environment and an opportunity that is radically different to the norm.An environment with no politics, no bureaucracy and working with a great team of people who all play a fundamental part in the success and continued growth of the business.Remuneration structures, pension, holiday and healthcare equivalent to much of UK top 100 firms.A full-time role in a growing and friendly team.The bottom lineAn exciting working environment and an opportunity that is radically different to the norm.An environment with no politics, no bureaucracy and working with a great team of people who all play a fundamental part in the success and continued growth of the business.Remuneration structures, pension, holiday and healthcare equivalent to much of UK top 100 firms.A full-time role in a growing and friendly team.Ready to apply?If you are ready to apply this role, please complete the application form using the link below.
