On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Client Services Account Administrator/Manager for an initial 6 month contract based on a hybrid working model from the banks London Offices, on a PAYE day rate engagement.Deutsche Bank is a global banking business with strong roots in Germany and operations in over 70 countries. The whole spectrum of innovative and market-leading Transaction Banking products are promoted by a sales force and serviced by a dedicated team of client service professionals. In addition, the Corporate Bank maintains a strong Product Management Organisation that caters for products, services and infrastructure throughout the product life cycle.The Trust & Agency Securities Services (TAS) business specialises in Corporate and Structured Debt & Loan Agency Services, Trustee, Custody and Fund Administration. As part of TAS, the Corporate Trust (CT) business supports a wide variety of products including Corporate Debt Programmes, Asset and Mortgage Backed Securities, Collateralised Debt Obligations, Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Programmes, Structured Repack Programmes, Project Finance Loans and EscrowsThe Structured Credit Services (SCS) Team supports and manages a portfolio of Collateralised Debt Obligations (CDOs) and other Structured Debt transactions providing Collateral Administration, Account Bank, Custody and Trustee services to a wide variety of clients, across the EMEA region.Key responsibilitiesThe role comprises but will not be limited to the following main tasks and responsibilities:The daily administration of a portfolio of CDOs - structured transactions securitised by leveraged loans, ABS Securities, portfolio credit default swaps or any other receivables as defined by transaction requirements. Working closely with, and supporting a team of Client Services Account Managers;Updating portfolio databases and models with all transaction-related movements as required;Loading new assets into relevant models allowing Client Services Account Managers to run hypothetical trading on a timely basis;Liaising with clients, banks and other internal departments to ensure transactions and queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner;Monitoring and updating underlying collateral loan, swap and bond data on internal systems as appropriate;Liaising with swap counterparties and making periodic and ad-hoc payments via SWIFT message;Assistance in the preparation of periodic Reports in conjunction with our clients and other matters of an ad-hoc business nature where applicable.Skills and QualificationsStrong reconciliation skills and an understanding of relevant financial productsA working knowledge of the leverage loan / loans administration market is preferable and an operational understanding of SWIFT / payment processingIn addition we would be keen to see graduates with financial / economics related qualifications.Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and AccessAbility to work under pressure and prioritise tasksA working knowledge of fixed income productsEducated to a minimum of A-level standardWe are also keen to consider "graduate calibre" and degree educated candidates with relevant academic qualifications who are looking to develop an understanding of our business.Our values define the working environment we strive to create - diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
