Client Service Specialist

Insight Investment is looking for a Client Service Specialist to join the team in London. The Client Service Specialist is both the daily representative of Insight Investment to its clients and also the client’s advocate internally at Insight. This role will sit within the Pooled Fund Client Service team, servicing clients who access Insight’s investment capabilities through collective pooled fund vehicles.
Role Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to day-to-day and ad hoc requests from clients and their representatives
Project manage the transition of client assets to and from Insight. Working with the legal teams, front office and fund management teams and internal operations counterparts
Manage ad hoc requests effectively. Identify a clear date for response and ensure that we meet the deadline. Escalate or re-communicate, as appropriate
Contribute to the creation and delivery of bespoke investment reporting where appropriate
Work with internal colleagues and clients to ensure ongoing regulatory obligations are met
Experience Required
Knowledge of institutional markets, including pension schemes, insurance companies, corporates and third-party distributors
Experience of dealing with institutional clients in a financial services environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, credible and capable in meetings and discussions at all levels internally and externally
Ability to organise, prioritise and multitask effectively in a busy and dynamic environment
Demonstrable ability of problem solving to ensure projects are completed on time
Qualified at IAQ and IMC level or above or willingness to work towards
Proven effective use of resources
