Client Service Manager - Wholesale

A global investment manager is looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to join their London team. This role will involve supporting various relationships with clients and fund distributors, maintaining the firm’s excellent reputation.Key elements of the role:Responsible for managing service delivery for clients and distributors, ensuring an outstanding serviceMeet with clients to discuss operational and servicing related activities on a regular basisSupport Sales and Client Directors based across regions to deliver an exceptional client experienceEnsure various projects are controlled using effective communication and coordinationDevelop strong relationships with counterparts at fund distributorsOverseeing legal agreements and related risks to meet requirementsSignificant experience supporting fund distribution business and demonstrable knowledge of the operational complexities of global private banksKnowledge and experience with onboarding new distribution relationshipsFamiliarity with upcoming regulatory changes within the wholesale channelStrong project management, written and verbal communication skillsEuropean language skills are beneficial“Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
