An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Manager within our client’sSecurities Services Middle East team, based Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This integralrole is within The Client Services Management team, part of the global Client Developmentteam that is responsible for all client management related activities (ie sales, clientrelationship management and client satisfaction) for the Securities Services business Thesuccessful candidate will be instrumental in implementing a global service model andupholding a consistent, high-quality client experience across the board. This role is open toSaudi Nationals specifically.As a Client Services Manager, you will oversee service delivery to align with establishedservice level agreements, conducting regular reviews to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.This role involves proactive management of client queries and issues, maintaining robustcommunication, and fostering strong relationships with third-party asset managers. A keypart of your responsibility will be to monitor and optimize all client touch-points within theorganization, ensuring a seamless and superior client experience.The ideal candidate will champion a client-focused approach, leading by example in serviceexcellence. You will work collaboratively with various teams, both locally and globally, tooversee client service activities and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
