With more than 130 years of financial experience and over 22,000 partners, we serve the world’s most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.The Client Service Manager is accountable for ensuring client satisfaction through:Responsiveness to client enquiries regarding the operation of all productsAdherence to procedures and agreed Service Level DescriptionsAccurate and timeliness of agreed daily/weekly/monthly deliverablesPrinciple responsibilities:Main operational contact for client enquiries liaising with the appropriate internal partnersProactive monitoring of client deliverablesIdentifying revenue generating/cost reducing client operational efficienciesLead or participation in client service reviewsAdministration of client accountsMaintenance and adherence of Service Level DescriptionsProject management of restructure and transition activityCommunication of any changes to the client relationship to the relevant internal partnersProactively work with the client and internal partners to automate manual processes and minimise riskIdentifies and addresses service issues, ensuring timely escalationThe successful candidate will benefit from having:Proven proactive client service experience, with the ability to build strong relationships through trust, credible knowledge and delivery of solutions and responsivenessAnalytical/problem solving through organisation and time managementAbility to build strong internal and external network to assist in the timely resolution of client enquiries/issuesInitiative to independently accomplish tasks and make decisionsManage multiple priorities considering client impact, timeframe complexity and riskAbility to represent Northern Trust in external meetings and the client in internal meetingsThe competencies that would be valuable for this role include:The ability to operate independently. A self-starter who takes initiativeGood risk management and compliance knowledge and understandingExcellent communication skills.
