Job Description We’re recruiting for aClient Reporting Analystto join us on 12 month fixed term contract.The Client Reporting Analyst will interact directly with our internal and external data providers, to ensure timely delivery of information into the reporting team. The Client Reporting Analyst will also interact directly with clients, consultants, and administrators.What you'll be doing:Overseeing the collation and the timely delivery of data to clients and consultants, ensuring services are delivered within agreed SLA guidelines, and in compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standardsDeveloping a good standard of Investment Management technical knowledge and an understanding of LGIM’s products, brand, competitors and clientsWorking with areas of expertise around the business to project manage ad-hoc queries and data requests, through to completion in line with client expectationsPromotinga procedural and control mind-set to ensure tasks and controls are consistently documented and reflected to allow top rate accuracy, quality and timeliness of deliverables provided to clients whilst mitigating riskThe analyst will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Regulatory reporting Audit reporting Ad-hoc requests Regular tasks Qualifications Who we're looking for:An understanding of the various investment vehicles and strategy types run by LGIMSignificant attention to detail and able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and thoroughness.Strong workflow management experienceProficient IT skills, primarily with MS Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised, highly team-orientatedProactive and proven to work on your own initiativeWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
