A small educational provider, specialising in hospitality apprenticeships is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. As a Client Relationship Manager your primary objective will be to elevate hospitality education, playing a pivotal role in fostering growth and extending influence within the hospitality sector. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding their reach within the hospitality industry.
About you:
Passionate about the hospitality industry and the transformative potential of apprenticeships.
Deep understanding of luxury hospitality environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the training or education sphere.
Proficiency in sales principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
