We have an fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with experience within the catering/hospitality sector to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager within our Dine sector.  
The Client Relationship Manager will ensure the retention of key contracts within the sector through effective management of the account retention process and ensuring strong client relationships are built and maintained.
As Client Relationship Manager you will manage the retention bidding process, closing multiple tenders and possible new business proposals to achieve an annual retention target. The role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple steps of a process and multiple internal and external stakeholders. A sound commercial understanding, ability to listen and understand client requirements is required to develop winning and deliverable financial proposals.
The Client Relationship Director will also be responsible for 
  • Identifying appropriate retention strategies relevant to the client
  • Conducting annual client reviews and recognising potential opportunities to avoid retender
  • Oversee the bid management team to produce concise and relevant proposals
  • Lead the tender presentation team and direct all related activity of the operations team
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to extend services and achieve organic growth
  • Identifying problems and ensuring mutually beneficial solutions are achieved
  • Coaching and guiding those involved in the tender process
The successful Client Relationship Director will:
  • Have previous sales/retention experience and be target focused
  • Knowledge of the catering/hospitality sector
  • Be highly literate, numerate and competent in all MS packages
  • Have a proven track record exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing the end to end sales process
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and deliver a retention strategy that maximises potential sales and profitability
  • Bid/Tender experience
