Job DescriptionClient Relationship Executive- Professional ServicesFull Time (Remote/Hybrid )Location: Manchester, Birmingham, CambridgeSalary: Up to 35k DOEWe are looking to recruit an exceptionally creative and innovative Client Relationship Executive for this high profile professional services firm. Based in any UK office 2 days this role involves working with the Head of Client Development and the client development team to support them in implementing client experience strategy.Working with the Client development team you will advise partners and client teams on delivering a leading client experience to meet delivery targets. You will be involved in all aspects of the client feedback programme. The annual benchmarking client survey, in-depth client services reviews, post-transaction reviews and bespoke client feedback projects. You will support on strategic initiatives relating to client experience strategy such as :Working alongside research agencies to deliver client listening projects.Working with the client relationship team to identify and communicate best practice in client care, using client feedback to identify trends in client experience to update the Board ans senior leaders.Working with partners and client teams to prepare client development plans and to monitor progress.You will also work alongside Bid team on major new client wins to take forward pitch strategies as well as collaborating with the business development and Communications team to support the firm’s strategic objectivesThe successful candidate:The role will involve working across all service lines and sectors in the firm, it requires confidence, professionalism, strong organisational skills and have the strong interpersonal skills required gaining trust and confidence with key stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic with a genuine desire to learn. You will have a genuine interest in client experience and can adopt a continuous improvement mind-set, identifying opportunities for improvement and ideas on how to implement these. You’ll be happy working autonomously and be a true team contributor.Your background and experience will also include:education to degree level or equivalent;a demonstrable desire to build a career within the professional services environment;desire to build project management skills;must be competent at using Excel and comfortable handling large data sets; andstrong analytical and report writing skills along with excellent written English.Equity, diversity, and inclusion are integral to everything that we do.
