Here at Nurseplus, we are currently looking to hire a Client Relationship Executive for our office in Salisbury. The Care At Home Enquiry Coordinator manages, coordinates and records all inbound Care at home enquires for Visiting Care, Live-in care, Complex Care and Nursing Care, via a variety of channels including Centralised Enquiry Line, Website, Private Brokerage Referrals and Website on line chat.



The Care At Home Enquiry Co-ordinator is at the forefront of the Care at home brand so a professional, warm and efficient welcome is essential at all times.

The main duties of the Client Relationship Executive role include:




  • Manage inbound calls, website, and web chat inquiries

  • Handle referrals from brokers and stakeholders

  • Coordinate with branches for efficient new client management

  • Distribute literature to potential clients

  • Log enquiries promptly with relevant sources for data capture

  • Follow up on enquiries after 48 hours and support unconverted ones

  • Report on enquiry numbers, trends, and hotspots to enhance business opportunities

    What we are looking for in a successful candidate:



  • Previous recruitment or people management experience desirable.

  • Experience in a care sector would be an advantage.

  • Experience using Microsoft office packages (Outlook, Word and Excel)
